The Zéfal plugs will allow you to repair your tubeless tyre safely and easily.
- Simple to use: No need to remove the tyre.
- Better reliability: Long-lasting repair for 1 to 5mm punctures.
- Plugs: 3 x Ø 2 mm + 3 x Ø 4 mm
Directions for use
Place the tyre plug on the punctured tyre:
- Turn your wheel to find the air escaping. Extract any object still in there causing the puncture.
- Insert the plug through the tool.
- Insert the needle tool into the hole.
- Forcefully pull out the tool by turning your wrist.
- Reinflate the tyre if required.
The plugs supplied in these kits are recommended for punctures between 1 and 5mm. For smaller punctures, we advise you use the Z Sealant range and for anything larger, to change the tyre.
Maintenance instructions: Check the condition of the plug and its strength before each outing.

Free delivery (minimum order €20) in the Republic of Ireland, UK and Northern Ireland for all orders placed on our website.
Exceptions to the above rule are heavy goods, weighing 20kg or above. The shipping cost for heavy goods is €20.
All orders are processed, packaged and shipped the same day (on orders received before 3pm). Once goods have been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Next day delivery within Ireland. U.K. delivery times will vary.
